The Soccer IntelliGym® cognitive training program helps improve the performance of athletes through computer-based training sessions. Athletes train 2 times per week for 30 minutes per session with their brains put to the test using a series of challenges involving complex visual demands and complicated motor coordination. Results are noticeable after the first 10 sessions with significant improvements occurring after 20-30 sessions.

Training on the Soccer IntelliGym® benefits athletes most between the ages of 10 and 25. We’ve seen benefits to athletes both younger and older than this, but the “sweet spot” for brain development is within this age group. Younger athletes tend to see even greater benefits due to the early stage of development as well as the compounding effect over time.
